“The hotel had no water. I know it was nothing they could do about that because it was a Watermain break, but still maybe a discounted rate should’ve been offered not really sure how they were allowed people to stay in the hotel with no water”

“Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning. Staff were very kind and helpful Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely Pool looked great too”

“There should be a bunch of negative on these reviews so people know what they are getting themselves into. First of all there is no elevator in a three story hotel, so be ready to carry all your stuff up the flights of stairs. When we arrived the front desk was closed as we looked for help we finally found the staff at the bar. The place was just being renovated so one floor was in shambles and my friend stayed on that floor. My for was not in construction but i felt like i was the only person...

“Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.”

“The property was located close ( within walking distance)to restaurants and shopping mall ( the mall was somewhat closed down at this time , due to a major flood ealier in the summer!)”
